Rollright is a soft cheese from King Stone Dairy, wrapped in spruce bark. Its delicate, peachy-pink rind matures to a rich, spoonable texture, revealing flavours of crème fraîche, cured ham, and mustard seed, complemented by a subtle smoky, woodsy aroma. Available in 250g, aged 4–8 weeks.

About the Cheesemaker – David Jowett - King Stone Dairy
David Jowett trained in culinary arts before turning to cheesemaking, studying at the School of Artisan Food and honing his craft across some of the UK’s finest cheesemaking estates, including Berkswell, Stichelton, and Neal’s Yard Dairy, as well as Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont, USA. After two years as head cheesemaker at Gorsehill Abbey Farm, he founded Rollright in 2015, bringing his expertise and passion for traditional farmhouse cheese to every wheel he creates.
