• Delivery Days: Every Thursday and Friday. You will be sent a text message on the morning of your delivery to give you a time slot for when the parcel is likely to be delivered.

Order Cut-Off Times for Local Deliveries:
• To receive your order for a given week, please place your order by midnight every Tuesday
National Deliveries
Delivery Day: Every Friday
Delivery Cost: £6.95
Delivery Method: We partner with DPD for nationwide deliveries, providing reliable and timely service to ensure freshness during transit.
Order Cut-Off Times for National Deliveries:
• To receive your order for a given week, please place your order by midnight every Tuesday.
Tracking Your Order:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from DPD to monitor your delivery status.
Additional Information
Delivery Instructions: If you have any specific instructions (e.g., a safe place to leave your box), please include them at checkout.
Availability: All deliveries are subject to product availability. In case of any issues, we will contact you promptly.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, we will leave it in the driest, safest place we can see without any intrusion of privacy. It is your responsibility to provide a safe place note for us.
