Was disappointed with the quality of some items ( blueberries for 1). Also very disappointed that there was no refund or substitution for unavailable items. I was told by email that because my account had been funded by vouchers no refund was possible. Whether my account was funded by monies from me or vouchers, your company has received money. Failing to supply goods is a breach of contract or fraud or both. I trust that you will review this policy as it is to the detriment of both the customers and your reputation.
Great value for quantity and excellent quality of both fruit and vegetables. All from the UK too. The delivery and packaging is excellent too, better than other companies I have tried.

Quality of fruit and vegetables not always good
I have just had my first veg box delivery, having decided to try it because I worked out that I was spending virtually the same amount for fruit and veg from my supermarket.
I couldn't resist trying the vine tomatoes and have decided I am never going back to supermarket fruit and veg again! I almost can't describe the joy of eating a tomato that tastes like they did when I was a child, when we bought from green grocers! Even the expensive vine tomatoes in supermarkets don't taste like these did! Well done Veg Box - I am converted!!
Easy to order and goods arrive exactly as promised, well packed, and scrummy
very easy website to navigate, and to set up a regular order. Easy to update the contents of your box and skip a week if on holiday. Great quality contents far superior to supermarkets.
This was very over ripened within 2 days of delivery issue was resolved when contacted the companywhere I placed my order
The fruit box, which is what I buy, is good value for money. A bit mote variety would be appreciated. The bananas are a bit of a hit or miss. One week they were very ripe and only good for banana bread or banana muffins, the next they are green.

Just like produce I grew up with, real fruit and vegetables. They certainly last longer than three days and the smell the moment you cut into something is so fresh and crisp. Well done all of you ♥️
We have had a number of boxes from CVB and generally the produce is of excellent quality. We would have given them five stars except in the last box the bananas and Granny Smith apples were not up to previous standard.
