Rare breed pork, salt, fresh chilli, spices, dextrose, muscovado sugar, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium nitrite), natural casings.
Storage
This chorizo is cured and semi-dried, meaning it can tolerate ambient temperatures for extended periods. For best results and maximum shelf life, refrigerate on receipt. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
