Locally grown chillies, a hint of lemon zest, and oregano deliver a bold, authentic flavour. Ideal as a snack on its own, it pairs perfectly with a beer.

Ingredients
Pork (200g used per 100g finished product), salt, spices, fresh chilli, muscovado sugar, dextrose, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium nitrite).

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
