Not only is the loyalty credit mechanic poorly designed it actually didn’t work. 500 credits removed when the code was used but no discount applied.
Like the subscription “discount” these are poorly designed mechanics that also fail on implementation. unnecessarily overcomplicated to try and lock the consumer into 5£ off here and there even if it did work!!! . But when the company is already not delivering the items on its list for that week there is no reward anyway.
Definitely get this again but need to plan my days better
