Inspired by a classic Calabrian staple, this fiery, soft, spreadable salami is made using chillies grown in the Cotswolds. It’s a versatile ingredient that adds heat and depth to a wide range of dishes, or can simply be spread on good bread for those who like a bit of a kick. A favourite pizza topping, it also works beautifully with eggs, pasta, and seafood.

Ingredients
Rare breed pork (125g used per 100g finished product), roasted red peppers, spices, chillies, sea salt, dextrose, garlic, preservative (potassium nitrate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
Most products have a typical shelf life of 2–3 months.
