About the Cheesemaker
Since 2005, the Weaver family has been crafting award-winning organic cheeses at Greystones Farm in Bourton-on-the-Water. Following traditional, sustainable farming methods, their contented herd of cows grazes freely on lush meadows, producing rich, high-quality milk that forms the heart of each cheese.
