Every week your box is packed full of seasonal produce, selected from local farms in The Cotswolds, The Vale of Evesham and other British farms. We then add interesting, out-of-season items imported by our local suppliers to add excitement and variety to your box.

Box contents change weekly to reflect the season’s best. You’ll receive an email every Tuesday listing the contents of that week’s box.

We can swap anything in your box. Just send us an email with your requests and we will look after you!

We will ensure they are added to your next box delivery without extra postage fees.

Box contents & allergy advice

We aim to keep our boxes consistent. Due to seasonality and availability, though, we may have to change items from time to time. In the event of us having to change items we will swap them for something similar for example spinach could swap for kale, an aubergine may swap for red peppers or a mango might trade with a watermelon.

If you have any allergies then please let us know in advance via email.

We operate in a clean and hygienic space but it is a space that will have contained nuts at one point or another even if we have not contained within the boxes.

Delivery to your door

We deliver locally ourselves and use APC Next Day Delivery nationally to get your box delivered to you fresh every week.

We collect our produce as close to the Wednesday 6pm deadline as possible to ensure the contents of your box arrives as fresh as possible.

If you are within our local delivery area, we will deliver your box on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday and will share our delivery routes each week on our social channels. You can see if you are in our local free delivery area here.

If you are not within our local free delivery area then heres what you can expect:

Boxes are packed on a Wednesday evening and then collected Thursday morning, and then delivered to you next day by APC.

Your delivery will arrive in a sealed box, containing an eco-friendly ice-pack to ensure freshness.

Our shipping Courier APC Overnight aims to deliver all orders the next working day after collection on a Thursday.

All deliveries will be left safe on your doorstep, or another obvious “safe space” unless you leave specific delivery requirements when placing your order. You do not have to be in to receive the delivery.

Please provide an email address and mobile phone number at time of purchase to receive confirmation of shipment and an estimated time of arrival of your parcel.

If you have provided an email and/or mobile number you will receive an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for your delivery.

This will give an up to date GPS location of your parcel. Alternatively, please download the APC Pinpoint App to track your parcel.

If your delivery is missing, please follow the link to connect you with your parcel www.apccalled.co.uk.

Due to the ongoing situation regarding the HGV driver and labour shortages within the Logistics Sector, please be aware that you may experience delays beyond ours or our courier’s control. We ask for your understanding and patience while we navigate any issues you may experience. Our delivery partner APC Overnight have a 98% success rate on the next-day delivery service.

If you are not eligible for local delivery, then you can now order any of our boxes for national delivery on a Friday. This will cost £3.50 for next-day delivery ensuring your items arrive as fresh as possible!

We love getting our box every Saturday! Our fussy three year old is always so excited to see what arrives and it helps introduce her to different produce. We’re a vegetarian household and the weekly premium box is just right for feeding two hungry adults and two toddlers. Great quality at a great price - highly recommended!

Great selection of high-quality fruit and vegetables at what we think is less than we'd pay for passable stuff from the superstores. Well worth paying the extra for the large premium box, it's enough for a family for at least a week and for us two it lasts us two weeks.

You don't need to be at home. In fact, more than 70% of customers are out when we deliver. Deliveries are made by your local vegman/lady (not a courier), who works on a 'round' basis on a set day to maximise efficiency and reduce food miles.
